🎄 Together with dozens of cities around the world, we will be writing New Year’s postcards to political prisoners. The overall goal of this initiative is more than 1,500 letters, so that every person in detention receives a sign of support.

💻 Online letters: You can also write a letter that we will send electronically (in Russian or English). Electronic delivery is often faster, and replies may arrive sooner.

We will help with translation and sending. You can write by hand or bring your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Participation is free and open to everyone. All materials and addresses will be provided.

🖼️ As part of the event, the exhibition “Portraits of Hope” will be presented — portraits of political prisoners created by artists from different countries. These works remind us that behind the dry lines of criminal cases are living human beings.

🎭 8:00 PM — final performance of “UTOPIA” by the Iseman Theater, David Geffen School of Drama at Yale. Play by Mikhail Durnenkov, directed by Andreas Andreou.

🎟️ Tickets: $15
